While our
family is moving into our new house this week (eek!), I'll be sharing some guest
posts! But not just any guest posts -- this week, we'll get to nose around in
other people's spaces. Haven't you always wanted to see exactly where your
favorite bloggers live? In-depth snooping around where they cook or clean or
play or work? I hope I'm not the only nosy one!
Today, I'm welcoming Dwija from House Unseen as she shows us a special item in her home. Thank you Dwija!
A hundred years ago his great grandfather got out his tools and a single piece of wood. His chisel and his mallet. And he whittled what was in his heart.
A hundred years later that same piece of wood rests in our workshop, that single piece carved so carefully, serving as a reminder of our history and His gift to all of history.
From mother: How happy we should be to know that Jesus died for you and for me. |
Thanks for having me, darlin'! Hope the move is going smoooothly :)
ReplyDeleteThank YOU, Dweej! That carving is amazing. Just downright amazing -- you are lucky to have it!
DeleteOh my gosh, LOVE! What an amazing piece of family history to have around, Dweej.
